Steve is a Senior Partner based in Los Angeles with 30+ years of experience. He has held senior executive go-to-market (GTM) positions in multiple SaaS companies and consulted with numerous growth-stage and Fortune 100 tech companies throughout his career. Recent examples of his work include the following:

  • Led restructuring and redesign efforts for major revenue organizations that resulted in significant overall cost reduction while increasing sales productivity and forecast accuracy

  • Created new GTM organizations to implement successful strategy, compensation, enablement, and sales infrastructure processes to support hypergrowth

  • Designed and implemented company-wide demand generation and revenue processes that created common metrics and a single source of truth for alignment across finance, marketing, sales, and channel organizations

  • Developed and implemented a new business intelligence function that scaled across a global organization to deliver cross-functional metrics to all parts of the business with real-time metrics and analytics

Steve has worked in multiple industries, including tech, telco, financial services, and logistics. He was the CEO of two startups, a Partner at TCG Advisors, the CFO and SVP of Operations at TSIA, and held executive roles at IBM. 

Steve earned an M.B.A. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. in Business Administration from Loyola Marymount University. He regularly publishes research on the intersection of Strategy, AI, and RevOps.
