Adrienne is a Senior Partner based in Baltimore with 25+ years of GTM leadership experience across multiple industries and nonprofit organizations. She has a demonstrated track record of managing rapidly growing organizations, developing and executing strategies to raise mission-critical funding, forging key partnerships and alliances, orchestrating highly effective large-scale events, and enabling top-line growth and profitability.

Recent examples of Adrienne’s work include:

  • Developed donor engagement strategy, led marketing efforts, and established new relationships with foundations for a private educational institution’s successful $30M+ capital campaign

  • Led $18M+ capital campaign for arts and culture organization, obtaining support from government, foundation, corporate, and individual donors

  • Drove donor engagement, fundraising, and marketing and communications strategy to obtain $700K+ in annual sponsorships for nonprofit organization

  • Orchestrated donor events attended by John Waters, David Simon, and Barry Levinson to launch renovated theater; obtained coverage in The New Yorker, Architectural Digest, and Artforum

  • Led growth strategy for a PR and digital strategy firm that resulted in 50% revenue growth; launched new business offerings in content generation and social media; forged new client relationships with high growth companies

Previously, Adrienne spent 10 years in the online travel industry. At Travelocity, she had P&L responsibility for $750M+ in annual revenue, overseeing growth strategy, client relationships, account marketing, and client-facing operations. She also played a key role in growing VC-backed Site59.com to $125M in annual revenue in less than two years before its acquisition by Travelocity. Earlier in her career, Adrienne worked in brand management at Colgate-Palmolive.

Adrienne has significant experience serving on nonprofit boards, including the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Parkway Theatre and Maryland Film Festival, NontoxicCertified.org, and The Park School of Baltimore. 

Adrienne earned an M.B.A. in Marketing from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. in English Literature from the University of Chicago.
