Scott is a Senior Partner based in Austin, Texas with 30+ years experience. He is an advisor and investor in many VC-backed technology companies in software, hardware, energytech, healthtech, and deeptech. Scott has also founded and sold technology companies, such as Notification Technologies and MUSICVIDEOS.COM. Earlier in his career, Scott worked in strategy consulting for Montgomery & Co. for clients including leading companies in software, telecom, media, and aerospace/defense. Scott also worked as a management consultant for Theodore Barry & Associates for clients in the energy and telecom sectors. Scott is a Chapter Co-Chair of the Wharton Private Equity & Venture Capital Alumni Association, Advisory Board Member of the Randall Lewis Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Mentor with Techstars, and Advisory Board Chair of the Gould Center for Humanistic Studies. He received an M.B.A. in Private Equity Finance from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A., magna cum laude, in Economics and Psychology from Claremont McKenna College.
