Analyzed the tele-health market landscape for a large technology company, including short-term and long-term trends, competitive analysis, and inspirational analogies from other industries; mapped market gaps for new product development opportunities
Led multiple engagements for a Fortune 500 food manufacturer, repositioning 3 of its iconic brands worth ~$1.5B for deeper emotional connection and health and wellness market relevance. Refined concepts with consumers using agile iteration methods. Worked with agencies to prepare for immediate market launch
Prior to Next Access, Tina founded CC Consulting, a boutique strategic marketing, brand, and innovation advisory firm that identifies growth opportunities for mid-market businesses. Previously, Tina was a Senior Vice President in the Market Opportunities and Innovation Group of GfK, a global marketing strategy consultancy serving Fortune 500 companies, where she led engagements to create growth strategies and compelling consumer experiences. Tina has also worked in management consulting for Prophet, a growth and transformation consulting firm, and Marakon Associates, a strategy consulting firm.
Earlier in her career, Tina held brand management positions at Unilever and led Global Beauty Care Marketing at International Flavors and Fragrances with marketing and P&L responsibility.
In her free time, Tina volunteers as an Innovation Business Mentor to student startups at the Tsai Center for Innovative Thinking at Yale. Additionally, she serves as a Board Member of CommunityHealth, the largest volunteer-based free health clinic in the nation, and as a Board Member and the Treasurer of the Women’s Athletic Club of Chicago
Tina earned an M.B.A. in Marketing and Operations Management from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. in History and International Relations from Yale University. She also holds an Executive Certificate in Digital Business Strategy from MIT.
