Aligned revenue metrics on behalf of a global bank to implement cross-product solutions that increased client wallet share in Equities, Fixed Income, and Central Funding
Established a client engagement model for a newly-launched trading group concentrated on digital assets, tokenization, benchmarking, and collateral lending innovations to unlock revenue
Spearheaded the evaluation and due diligence process for potential investments in early-stage FinTech and ESG funds through the company's strategic venture capital arm, leveraging expertise to identify promising opportunities within top-tier financial firms' investment vehicles
Prior to Next Access, Valerie was an accomplished executive on Wall Street for 25 years. She started her career in Equities at Morgan Stanley; worked for Hong Kong-based investment group CLSA; and most recently spent 12 years at Royal Bank of Canada. At RBC, Valerie leveraged her expertise in Equities into leading the newly-created Asset Management and Hedge Fund client effort within the Global Markets Relationship Management team. In that role, she led business strategy and client engagement for enterprise clients across the US, Canada, and Europe. Valerie’s GTM strategy focused on enhancing deeper client relationships with tailored product offerings across Fixed Income, Equities, and Financing.
Valerie earned an M.B.A. in Finance from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. in History and Literature from Harvard University.
